Sarah has supported residents in Wanborough, Chiseldon and Lawn when our green spaces have come under threat from inappropriate development. The so-called ‘Science Park’ issue continues and Sarah is monitoring that in order to provide any support she can to residents who oppose the development at Inlands Farm. She also stood with the residents of Lawn to oppose housing creeping into our shared parks and gardens.

“I fully support South Swindon residents when the Neighbourhood Plan comes under threat from inappropriate development. Wherever you live in Swindon or the villages, we all need to get away to a park or to the countryside to enjoy some green space and fresh air. Building rows of houses on park land, or threatening our ancient archaeological sites and areas of outstanding natural beauty is not the way to address the housing shortage.”
