Your chance for change in South Swindon
Sarah Church is your Labour and Co-operative Party Parliamentary Candidate for South Swindon constituency. If you live in the constituency, you can vote for her to be your Member of Parliament on December 12th.
Sarah lives and works in Swindon, with her family, and has been an active campaigner for public services in the town since leaving the Army in late 2015. Sarah believes that the growing inequalities we see in Swindon and across our country must be reversed for all of our benefits.
Sarah has witnessed the failure of the Government to bring the country back together following the 2016 EU referendum and therefore backs another vote for the public based on the facts of Brexit, with an option for us to change our minds and remain in the EU. However you voted in 2016, we all deserve the chance to review what we know now and to reflect on whether this is really the right choice. We will never again have to chance to negotiate a deal so good as the one we currently have.
Sarah works with local residents year-round to address the issues that are most important to people in Swindon. If you want to speak with Sarah about a campaign you are running, or an issue you need help with, then please get in touch.
A message from Sarah, “Swindon is the town where my grandfather was born and grew up, and where his family worked on the railway for generations. I’m pleased and proud to have settled here after leaving the Army and to call this town home. I believe that Swindon needs a stronger voice in Parliament and so, as someone who is deeply motivated by public service, it would be a privilege to represent South Swindon in Parliament after the next General Election.”
